copyright means: someone CAN claim copyright. someone can ask to stop making copies. for instance, there are many AMERICAN laws covering commercial business. you can not try to make interference with a commercial business.

they do not have to claim copyright.
if you copy pictures from old advert, TV show, magazine, city picture, you are NOT breaking the law.

of course, if you copy personal picture, you violate privacy. in most countries! people do not need to claim copyright, but refer to privacy laws.

they have added many features recently (and also, they have pay accounts).
even video and SWF are possible (flash objects). and slideshows.
just...they do not always work correctly. they need new FLASH player!
